Booking & Cancellation Policy
When booking a Stay-cation package with us remember the time required is reserved especially for you. Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation. We appreciate your time is valuable and we thank you for your consideration of our time as well. When giving or receiving a gift certificate for a spa package please note that the services you have received are part of a special offer and must be used together as a package.
It is our wish to provide for you and for each client a private, tranquil and uninterrupted SPA experience. Thank you for your consideration. Call ahead for Gift Certificates and product purchases and your order will be ready when you arrive. Also for your convenience, you can order your Gift Certificate by phone using E-Transfer, VISA or Master Card and we will e-mail it to you.
